Why did I get a text saying my rent is later? I always pay rent on a Thursday?
Our software tells us which date AND day you started. If you moved in on a Wednesday your rent is DUE on a Wednesday, so your AP should go out on a Tuesday. In this example, if you pay on a Thursday you are already one day behind with the rent. Our rent texts are system generated and sent to tenants who are in arrears, whether 1 day or 7 days. If you wish to align your rent due date with your wages, please ask your property manager for assistance prior to setting up your automatic payments.
