What is a fixed term tenancy?
A fixed term tenancy cannot be terminated with notice prior to the expiry date. In the event that you need to break your fixed term tenancy, you are legally liable for rent/water/damage until a new tenant is found, or the expiry of the fixed term, whichever comes sooner.
