What is a periodic tenancy?
A periodic tenancy may be ended by giving 21 days notice to landlord in writing. We would also appreciate a call at the same time. Notice MUST be in writing, posted, or emailed to us— please allow additional 4 days for postage. We will confirm receipt of your notice in writing.
