What are Routine Inspections?
Inspections are conducted every 3-4 months. You will be given a minimum 48 hour notice in writing via email and post. You may choose to be present during the inspection or alternatively the agent will use an office set of keys to gain access. We ask for safety reasons, to keep any animals, especially dogs, which are left unsupervised on the property to be tied up during the inspection.
