What I need to know about tenancy holders?
All tenants listed on the tenancy agreement are jointly and severally liable for rent, damage etc. We strongly advise if there is a potential dissolution of the group that we are advised immediately. When a person no longer wishes to be part of the tenancy, there are forms and paperwork to be executed so we must be notified immediately. Please note, we do not mediate between flatmates disputes.
