How do you charge for “water” if it’s not included in my rent?
Where water is not included in the rent, we will always invoice you for your usage. You will receive an invoice every month with an amount to pay to our trust account. By default we email all invoices but we can post this out to you should you wish.
We kindly ask all water bills are paid within 21 days.
