All rent must be paid on the designated due date, and in advance at all times. Think of rent as a parking meter, you are paying for the time ahead. It is at your discretion should you wish to pay weekly/fortnightly/monthly, but the best thing you can do is set an AP to go out so you don’t forget to pay your rent.
