What are the processes for repairs and maintenance to the property?
We ask if you spot anything small or large to advise us immediately to avoid the risk of injury to either yourself, your visitors, or damage to the property. We recommend sending a photo to your agent so they can best describe the maintenance to our tradesmen. Our tradesmen will contact you directly for property access. In the instance that you cannot or do not wish to be home, simply advise the tradesman to collect a set of keys from our office. Please contact your property manager if you have not heard from the tradesman within 3 working days. Tenant must fix any damage they or their visitors cause on purpose or by being careless, or pay for someone to fix it.
Please note, we cannot be responsible for unauthorized maintenance arranged by the tenants unless in an emergency as provided for by the Residential Tenancies Act.
