Dear Tenants,

Christmas will soon be upon us, which means that our office hours will be changing.  We are going to be on skeleton crew from the week starting 26/12/16 till 06/01/17.  We are back in full force from 9th Jan 2017.   Please find enclosed our office hours for your information.

If you have any emergency during holiday period, please DO NOT call us or leave messages.  The most effective way is lodge a ticket through our website, because everything is time stamped and tracked.  Alternatively, text 021862483

In order to increase communication efficiency, we are moving to a new communication system.  If you have any enquiries or questions, please go to our website www.unoproperty.co.nz and lodge a ticket.  We will respond to you as soon as possible.

How to lodge a ticket:

1) Go to UNO website

2) At home page, you will see GOT A QUESTION? Menu button.

3) Click on it and you will see the link call ‘New support ticket’.  Click on it

4) Now you can submit a ticket.  Fill the information required on the website

5) Click SUBMIT! We will respond to you as soon as we get the issued ticket
